职位描述：

* Responsibilities / Duties
Performs any combination of sample accession tasks, including opening, entering, tracking, labeling, shipping and disposition of samples. Reviews sample inventory against samples to ensure accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
Communicates confirmation of sample receipt to clients, if appropriate.
Distributes sample information and paperwork.
Informs Study Director, Principal Investigator and/or management of any problems during standard and study sample log in.
Approved as an authorized environmental system monitor and after hours responder. Assists in maintaining the logbooks, if appropriate, for the department and ensures accuracy of information they contain.
Certified to be an “after hours sample receipt” team member, as appropriate.
Work with procurement to order lab supply for the studies.
Maintains study documentation and laboratory records.
Maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment.
Trains and assists less experienced staff.
Participates in process improvement initiatives.
Participates in client visits as needed
Plans individual workload in coordination with team members.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
*Education / Qualifications
College graduates or Bachelor degree in chemistry or related scientific field
Experience may be substituted for education.
Ability to perform basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel).

Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
