个人简介

初燕燕，高级工程师，研究生导师，毕业于华东理工大学。2015-2017年，中国海洋大学博士后。研究领域为计算机辅助药物设计、数据驱动的药物发现。

主要采用计算机辅助药物设计和人工智能的方法，从事小分子先导化合物和多肽药物的发现、设计与构-效关系研究；通过干湿结合研究离子通道变构机制，并寻找干预其变构的活性肽。在国际期刊发表论文近20篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇；授权国家发明专利1项，国际专利1项。承担项目有国家自然科学基金和山东省自然科学基金。
