Facility：Fluorescent Quantitative PCR

Note：

1. The working time is from 06:00-24:00 . Please reserve online before each use. No more than 4 hours for each use unless you have special request. Please register after each use.

2. All operators must receive training prior to using the equipment.

3. Please name your results as “date_name” and save the data in the folder named “results” on the desktop.

4. Please take away your sample, do not leave it in the instrument. 

Facility：Ultracentrifuge

Model:  Optima XE-90

Note：

1. The working time is from 06:00-24:00. Please reserve online before each use. No more than 4 hours for each use unless you have special request. Please register after each use.

2. Make sure you use the correct rotor and balance well before centrifuging.

3. Please watch the centrifuge as it accelerates, and wait until it has reached full-speed before leaving the room.

4. Tubes should not be overfilled (75 % filled) to avoid contamination. Please clean the centrifuge after use if you notice any contamination inside.

5. This instrument is not designed for use with materials capable of developing flammable or explosive vapors (for example, chloroform or ethyl alcohol), or hazardous chemical reactions.

Facility：Cryostat

Model:  Leica CM3050S

Note:

1. Working time: 06:00-24:00 . Autodefrosting starts at 00:30 am.

2. Keep safety operation and avoid scratching.

3.  Protect the wearable parts and contact the person in charge for blade renewal.

4. Please clean the trash, turn off the light, close the glass cover, and register after operation.

5. Keep the power normally on to keep low temperature inside of machine.

Facility：fluorescence-activated cell sorting

Model:  CytoFLEX SRT

Note:

1.Capable of complex sort logic, including 4-way sorting, Mixed Mode sorting, and the ability to catch aborts and preserve precious cells.

2.Setup is smart and simplified, using automation to establish and maintain the sort stream.
