The Program of Indroducing Overseas Talents to Chinese Universities (also known as "111 Program") applied by Prof. Meixun Zhao and other 11 scholars was funded by the Ministry of Education and State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, P.R. China.  The Program starts from Jan. 1,2013 to Jan.1,2018, introducing 13 overseas experts from U.S.A, Canada or Japan to OUC, exchanging ideas and cooperating.
