研究进展 基于质谱的化合物鉴别方法和质谱代谢组学数据预处理方法研究。 将质谱分析技术应用于肺癌和胸腺瘤等疾病的代谢标志物研究。立足疾病的代谢标志物的鉴别和模型建立,探索其在疾病诊断中的潜在应用。采用超高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱(UPLC-HRMS)和离子淌度质谱(IMS-MS)技术进行临床代谢组学研究,发现和鉴别肺癌和胸腺瘤患者的血液、组织和呼出气体冷凝液(EBC)的代谢标志物,研究代谢标志物作为疾病辅助诊断的可行性,探索相关疾病潜在的发病机理。 海洋中药药效多肽研究。采用超滤亲和结合nanoLC-MS/MS进行海洋中药药效多肽的筛选和抗肿瘤等功效的研究。 内源活性代谢物的筛选及其对细胞和肿瘤作用的研究。 | |||||
