Students from the Faculty of Information Science and Engineering at Ocean University of China Wins National First Prize in the 3rd National Open Data Innovation and Research Competition.

On November 8th, 2021, the list of winners for the National Competition of the Main Track of the Third "Huiyuan Sharing" National Open Data Innovation and Research Competition was announced. Under the guidance of Professor Zhong Guoqiang from the Colledge of Computer Science and Technology at the Faculty of Information Science and Engineering, and Professor Wang Dong from the University Library, the "OUC Xingyuan Team" from Ocean University of China competed fiercely in various stages of the competition, including work review, expert blind review, and defense. They were selected as finalists and won the National First Prize in the national competition, while Professor Zhong Guoqiang received the "Outstanding Tutor Award."
