• 研究方向


      水生生物有最古老的进化起源和最广泛的生境分布,形成了独特的生命特征和适应机制。水生生物资源也是人类重要的食物蛋白来源和渔业发展的物质基础。如何开发整合组学技术、高效挖掘组学信息、破解水生生物组学特征、解析繁殖发育等遗传调控机制,已成为进化发育和遗传育种等领域共同关注的焦点科学问题。

      围绕上述问题,实验室主要从事水生生物基因组特征与重要性状解析研究,代表性成果包括:1) 建立了复杂基因组组装与扫描技术;绘制贝类等9个物种基因组图谱;2) 揭示了鱼类、贝类同形性染色体演化与性别决定机制:在斑点叉尾鮰上首次组装出水生动物完整Y染色体;发现扇贝具有动物界最古老同形性染色体,解析了其3.5亿年不分化的稳态机制;3) 解析了水生生物复杂性状的遗传基础:揭示了鱼类鳞片发生机制和海参皂苷合成机制。上述成果发表在Nature Cancer, Nature Ecology & Evolution, Nature Communications, Cell Discovery等国际高端期刊上。

    We develop new computational methods to integrate the large scale genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenetic data to understand the mechanisms of evolutionary adaptation, sex determination and chromosomal rearrangement.
