教育及科研工作背景:

2002年-2006年,西北农林科技大学,生物科学。本科;

2007年-2010年,西北农林科技大学,发育生物学,硕士;

2010年-2014年,德国哥廷根大学,发育生物学,博士;

2014年-2019年,德国哥廷根大学医学中心从事博士后研究。

2019年-,中国海洋大学形态发生与进化实验室(董波教授团队)。


主要研究方向及成果:

从事胚胎发育过程中细胞间相互协调的分子生物学与生物物理学机制。利用果蝇和海鞘为实验模型,通过分子遗传学、生物化学、显微成像和定量分析等手段,研究细胞骨架、细胞连接在胚胎发育过程中的动态变化及其调控过程。研究结果相继发表在Journal of cell science、Development、Biophysical Journal、Angewandte Chemie、EMBO Rep等国际主流期刊。

Research focus:

Biochemical and biophysical mechanisms of cell coordination during embryonic development and morphogenesis. Using Drosophila and Ciona embryo as model systems, we are interested in how the cells form complex tissue architecture, especially in cell-cell communications via mechanical signal transduction. Currently, we are applying biochemical and molecular genetic approaches in combination with quantitative analysis and biophysical modeling to dissect the molecular mechanism of cell-cell communication during morphogenesis.
