Haide College 2023 Spring Semester Staff Assembly

On March 7, the 2023 spring semester faculty meeting of Haide College was held. The theme of the meeting was to study and implement the spirit of the 11th Party Congress of the University and deploy the key work of the College in 2023. The meeting was chaired by Qin Shanghai, Secretary of the Party Committee.

Secretary Qin Shanghai conveyed the spirit of the 11th Party Congress of the University, and grasped the theme of the Congress from a deep understanding and accuracy; The important achievements of the school since the 10th Party Congress; The historical experience of seven persistences; The opportunities and challenges faced by the development of the school, its historical orientation and stage characteristics; The main objectives and tasks of the school in the next five years; The overall requirements and key work deployment of the school in the next five years, the overall requirements and key tasks of strengthening the Party's overall leadership and party construction, and the spiritual essence of the report of the 11th Party Congress have conducted in-depth interpretation of the report of the Party Congress. He pointed out that the members of the college's leading group, all party branches and all teaching staff should fully implement the spirit of the 11th Party Congress of the college, and put forward requirements for strengthening the college's construction from six aspects: high standards, strong quality, internationalization, forging the team, gathering strength and cultivating talents. He stressed that the college should take this opportunity to closely combine the implementation of the spirit of the 11th CPC National Congress with the construction and development of the college, form a plan to strengthen the construction and development of Haide College, raise the flag, orient and plan the layout, and strive to achieve the goal of achieving excellence in the evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools by the Ministry of Education and building a demonstration Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.

President Wang Min deployed the key work of this year from seven aspects, including building and improving the evaluation index system of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, strengthening international exchanges, improving the level of talent team, strengthening the construction of school space, improving international literacy, creating an international atmosphere for educating people, strengthening career education, and implementing the rules for education and teaching management. She stressed that the construction and development of the college should be planned on a spatial and temporal scale; Student-oriented, through strengthening the international level of the work of the college, provide a solid guarantee for teachers and students to work happily and live happily.

Deputy Secretary Huang Ying exchanged the ideological and political education and daily management of students this year. She pointed out that the focus of student work this semester is to promote the restoration of a more smoky campus life, and to carry out the work from five aspects, namely, to mobilize students to practice, to activate campus culture, to close the activities of teachers and students, to close the psychological health education, and to implement employment guidance, so as to escort the healthy growth of students and personality development.

Vice President Zhang Linjie shared his thoughts on the training of talents in Chinese-foreign cooperative schools based on what he saw, heard and thought in the training of talents in Xijiao Liverpool University, based on the source of students and the development of education and teaching in Haide College, and focused on the development of students in different training modes.
