Qingdao Guanzhong Ecology Co., Ltd. and Ocean University of China College Student Practice Training Base

On October 28, Qingdao Guanzhong Ecology Co., Ltd. and Ocean University of China jointly built a college student internship training base, and the signing and unveiling ceremony was held at Haide College. Yu Jie, Director of the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance and Service Center of Ocean University of China, Qin Shanghai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Haide University, Li Chunlin, Chairman of Qingdao Guanzhong Ecology Co., Ltd. and Director of the R&D Center, Zhang Shilei, Deputy Director of the R&D Center and Manager of the Results Management Department, attended the ceremony, which was presided over by Wang Min, Dean of Haide University.

At the ceremony, Qin Shanghai welcomed the delegation led by Li Chunlin, chairman of Qingdao Guanzhong Ecology Co., Ltd., and briefly introduced the orientation and development concept of Haide College, as well as the development of the college since its establishment. He said that Haide  College focused on cultivating international talents with international vision and Chinese feelings by strengthening the introduction and integration of foreign high-quality education resources. He hoped that both sides could strengthen exchanges and cooperation to lay a good foundation for cultivating international talents.

Wang Min expressed his gratitude to Qingdao Guanzhong Ecology Co., Ltd. for its concern and support for talent cultivation. She said that practice training is of great significance to broaden students' horizons, understand the development of the industry and society, and cultivate high-quality talents. The establishment of this internship and training base has provided a more professional and broader platform for the talent cultivation of the school. I believe that the cooperation between the two sides will certainly help enable the growth of students.

Yu Jie briefly introduced the development process of the school and the achievements of the school in talent training and serving the national development. He said that the university has been committed to deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises. After years of development, enterprises have made great contributions to the development of students. It is expected that the two sides can take this cooperation as an opportunity to give full play to their respective advantages and resources, and promote the comprehensive improvement of education, teaching, innovative practical ability and other personnel training links.

Li Chunlin briefly introduced the basic situation of Qingdao Guanzhong Ecology Co., Ltd. and the company's development philosophy and characteristic practices in carrying out independent scientific research, improving the ecological environment, and serving economic and social development. He said that the company has been committed to practical cooperation with universities and has achieved remarkable results. Ocean University of China and the company have always been good neighbors and partners. Many outstanding graduates of the university have joined the company and have grown into the backbone of the company. In the future cooperation, the company will focus on the international talent training goal of the school, provide full support for students to broaden their horizons and understand the development of the industry, and contribute to the training of high-quality professionals.

At the ceremony, Wang Min and Li Chunlin signed an agreement to jointly build a practice training base, which will provide more and more professional practice training and practical innovation platforms for the talent cultivation of relevant majors of Haide 

College and Marine Life College. Qin Shanghai and Li Chunlin jointly unveiled the internship training base.
