2主要研究方向及成果

主要从事海洋贝类分子遗传学研究,聚焦于:

1)贝类典型经济性状遗传解析和遗传选育:

重点关注贝类品质性状,通过基因组学,群体遗传学等手段,挖掘优质贝类种质资源;通过功能基因组学和分子生物学,解析贝类经济性状的遗传基础,培育贝类新品种。

2)贝类环境适应基因组学:

解析贝类适应典型海洋环境的分子机制,以及全球环境变化导致贝类快速适应性进化的遗传学基础。
