主要科研领域:
从事海洋微生物多样性与生态方面研究,包括海洋病毒的多样性、结构、与宿主的相互作用关系及对海洋生态系统的影响。同时从事部分极端环境海洋细菌胞外多糖的分泌、结构、生态作用及应用潜力的研究工作。主持承担国家重点研发计划子课题1项,中央高校基本科研项目1项。
