主要科研领域:
主要从事海洋动物遗传育种与发育生物学研究,主要研究方向包含:1)利用高通量组学技术,结合转基因和基因编辑技术揭示水产动物经济性状决定的遗传分子机理;2)挖掘关键基因和基因型并据此进行海洋动物定向精准分子设计育种;3)水产动物分子辅助育种和基因组选育;4)海洋动物胚胎发育的表观遗传学研究。已在国内外主流刊物发表论文30余篇,成果发表在Development、Aquaculture等国际权威期刊上。主持承担了国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家重点研发计划课题子任务、海南省科技计划三亚崖州湾科技城自然科学基金联合项目、“崖州湾”菁英人才科技专项等项目课题;入选山东省泰山学者青年专家。
