微生物生态学、污染生态学。
主要科研领域:
陆源污染物(除草剂)在水体中的迁移转化规律、对近海生态系统初级生产力、元素循环及物质能流沿食物链传递过程的生态效应等研究工作;主要关注典型污染物对各营养级浮游植物/微生物群落组成、多样性、及功能的影响。
相关研究成果已发表在Nature Communications, Limnology and Oceanography, Environment International, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety等海洋生态和环境领域权威期刊上,并获得了国家自然科学基金、国家海洋局开放基金、山东省自然科学基金及等多项基金的支持。
