研究方向:

海洋病毒学、微生物海洋学、海洋微型生物生态学。

主要研究兴趣:

极地、深渊等不同海洋生境中病毒及其宿主的群落结构、多样性、分布规律、调控机制、生态作用;病毒基因组多样性与系统进化;海洋碳汇过程与机制。
