主要科研领域:
以海洋弧菌及其他典型微生物为研究对象,在其生态分布及生物地球化学功能等方面开展研究:1)探究弧菌在全球海洋中的分布格局,构建弧菌作为生物感应器指示全球变暖的数值模型;2)研究弧菌降解甲基膦酸产生甲烷的代谢机制,深入解析其在好氧产甲烷过程中的生态效应;3)浒苔暴发背景下,海洋细菌的动态响应机制研究;4)深海微生物的生物地球化学功能研究,探讨典型海洋细菌对深海特殊生境的适应机制。以第一/通讯作者在Environmental Microbiology, Applied and Environmental Microbiology, Environmental Microbiome等微生物领域权威期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、福建省自然科学基金(青年创新)等项目8项。
