主要科研领域:研究方向主要集中在海洋贝类基因组学及分子遗传育种学,开发了海洋贝类的高通量低成本基因分型技术;绘制扇贝染色体水平基因组精细图谱,揭示了贝类适应性性状的遗传机制;构建重要养殖贝类营养代谢调控网络。研究成果在 Nat Ecol EvolNat CommunGenome ResCell DiscovDNA Res等国际知名学术期刊上发表;申请并获得国家发明专利多项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金面上资助、中央高校基本科研业务费等项目,参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划等多项国家级课题。
