从事海洋生物医用材料研究,研究方向包括:医用材料的生物制造与功能化制备、组织引导再生与修复、战创止血材料、生物传感器、纳米载药与递药技术。以第一或通讯作者在ACS Nano,Advanced Science,Carbohydrate Polymers,Advanced Healthcare Materials,Journal of Colloid and Interface Science,ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces等著名期刊发表SCI学术论文39篇,其中30篇发表于领域TOP期刊。以第一发明人授权国家发明专利7项,其中2项专利已完成产业转化。主持国家自然科学基金(青年项目、面上项目)、山东省自然科学基金(博士项目,青年项目)、中国博士后科学基金等科研项目,共计12项。曾获山东省海洋与渔业科学技术奖(2020)、山东省优秀博士论文(2015)、山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果奖(2014、2011)和教育部博士研究生学术新人奖(2012)。为中国生物材料学会会员,担任青岛市甲壳质研究会理事、Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology 副主编
