主要科研领域:
主要从事细胞信号调控器官发育的分子机制研究。利用斑马鱼和果蝇模式动物,鉴定细胞谱系形成和器官发生发育过程中的重要调控因子及信号通路,解析信号通路的关键成员及转导途径,探索动物发育过程中的内在分子调控机制。以首作者或通讯作者身份已在Science、Cell、Science Signaling、Journal of Cell Biology、FASEB Journal、Science China Life Sciences等领域内主流刊物上发表的论文二十余篇,论文他引近千次。
目前主要在研方向包括:1)造血器官发育及血细胞谱系发生的调控机理;2)生殖细胞分化成熟过程中重要调控因子的鉴定及功能、机制研究;3)蛋白质翻译后修饰在发育信号转导途径中的功能解析。
