3科研工作

主要从事贝类逆境生物学与贝类遗传育种研究。近年来围绕海洋贝类种业发展需求,在种质资源精准鉴定与优良种质创制方面取得一系列成果。在国内外率先开展贝类表型分析技术研发,创新了贝类表型自动分析技术,突破了贝类抗逆性状快速测定技术,为贝类种质资源的精准鉴定提供了无损伤、高通量、高精度的测定平台;构建扇贝泛基因组IBD数据库,摸清了我国栉孔扇贝种质资源的现状;定位抗逆性状相关QTL与基因,揭示扇贝应对逆境的分子调控机制;培育出高产抗逆“蓬莱红2号”、“獐子岛红”与“海益丰11”等多个国审水产新品种以及多个新品系,与多家企业长期合作推行扇贝养殖良种良法,系列新品种(系)在山东、河北、辽宁沿海示范推广养殖,社会经济效益显著。
