主要科研领域

主要从事经济海藻紫菜发育生物学及遗传育种研究。本团队近年来致力于紫菜重要性状的遗传解析,采用细胞学、遗传学、转录组、蛋白质组、修饰组等技术方法,解析调控紫菜形态建成、叶状体发育等重要性状的遗传基础,同时从细胞骨架、信号转导角度对紫菜适应潮间带环境的遗传基础进行阐释;在紫菜关键育种技术方面实行突破,建立稳定高效的遗传转化技术及基因编辑技术,建立紫菜全基因组关联分析技术,为紫菜基因功能研究及靶向育种提供技术支持;培育紫菜优良品(系)种,服务地方经济发展。已在国内外主流期刊发表论文30余篇,成果发表在Frontiers in Marine ScienceAlgal ResearchJournal of Applied PhycologyMar Biotechnology等国际权威期刊上。目前主持国家自然科学基金2项、参与山东省重点研发计划课题2项。
