1.学科方向:地球生物学,演化生物学,生物矿化

2.研究兴趣:

1)地球-生命系统协同演化关系;

2)寒武纪生命大爆发:前寒武纪/寒武纪过渡时期早期生命演化;

3)深时生物矿化作用:早期动物生物控制矿化骨骼起源与演化;

4)冠轮动物起源与谱系演化:软体动物及疑难化石类群;

5)特异埋藏化石库:清江生物群生物多样性及化石埋藏学;

6)环节动物分类学与系统演化

3. 尖端技术应用:

为开展多学科交叉研究,常用仪器包括:扫描电子显微镜SEM-EDX(形貌与成分分析)、电子探针EPMA(矿物分析)、Micro-CT(结构与形貌分析)、共聚焦拉曼光谱Raman Spectrometer(矿物组成分析)、激光扫描共聚焦显微镜CLSM(荧光分析),等等。
