On June 24, at the joint invitation of Prof. Li Jianping, Dean of the Academy of Future Ocean, and Prof. Dong Yunwei, a Ph.D. supervisor of the Academy of Future Ocean, Prof. Brian Helmuth from Northeastern University delivered an academic lecture titled “Human (and Not So Human) Perceptions of Oceans, Nature and Climate Change” at Future Ocean Forum. The lecture was hosted by Prof. Dong Yunwei, and was attended by over 20,000 participants, including students from the AFO.
