On December 11^th, at the invitation of Prof. Li Jianping, Dean of the Academy of Future Ocean, and Prof. Wu Songhua, a Ph.D. supervisor of the academy, Prof. Ad Stoffelen, a fellow of the IEEE and a researcher at the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI), gave a lecture entitled: "Earth System Dynamics and Climate Change" at Future Ocean Forum. The lecture was chaired by Prof. Wu Songhua with over 19,000 listeners, including students of the Academy of Future Ocean.
