一、报告人简介
Elena Fasoli博士是欧洲环境法界的著名专家，她在伦敦玛丽女王大学和博洛尼亚大学有着多年的教学经验，在多个机构和组织担任成员和律师。
现任伦敦玛丽女王大学研究员、教员，兼任联合国欧洲经济委员会《奥尔胡斯公约》执行委员会成员，曾任意大利环保部外部顾问，欧盟DG公平与环境组织外部顾问，博洛尼亚大学高级研究员，联合国欧洲经济委员会外部顾问，欧洲投资银行外部顾问。
教育背景：
国际法博士（米兰大学，2009年）
法学学士、法学硕士（维罗纳大学，2005年）
